Here's a live acoustic performance of my mental illness song of hope, "Brave".
This Lexus TV commercial ran for 2 months and was a lot of fun to be a part of!
Fan reaction to the use of this song was heartwarming and wonderful!
Brad Hatfield and I collected an Emmy Award for this use of "Sunshine" on The Young and the Restless.
I've been fortunate to have been able to reach people in a positive way with my music, especially those in need of hope and light in their lives.
Way back in 1998, "Miracle" was featured on FOX's Melrose Place and fan reaction was incredible!
This is the first in a series of videos I’ll be doing in order to share my personal experiences with mental illness. I’m hoping that this, combined with a live acoustic performance of one of my songs at the end of each video, might offer up some hope or even inspiration for anyone who suffers with or anyone who loves someone suffering with a mental illness.
Here's the second in a series of videos I'll be doing about my personal experiences with mental illness. Perhaps this may, even if only in some small way, be helpful to those who are suffering with or those who love someone suffering with a mental illness. As always, I end this video with a song.
In this video, I talk about the importance of an objective listener, a doctor/therapist who can aid you on your quest to a better life and how it’s important to not become discouraged when looking for the right mental health professional. As always, I relate my own experiences with this and end with an acoustic performance of “Brave”.
20 years after its debut on The Young and the Restless, "Peace" still works! I'm proud of its legacy on the show.
